The name of Telatek Works Oy will change to Atlantia Works Oy along with the transfer of the Telatek business name

Telatek Works Oy will be renamed Atlantia Works Oy after Atlantia Oy, the owner of Works’ capital stock. The company’s business ID will remain unchanged and there will be no changes in the company’s ownership or management.

The Telatek business name was transferred to the new owners in a transaction completed on 03/06/2024, in which Auroora Companies acquired the entire share capital of Telatek Service Oy that was part of the Telatek Group. The acquisition has no impact on the position of either company’s personnel.
