LEAN management model

The continuous improvement of our operations is based on the analysis and development of operations following the Lean management model. Our staff is committed to developing quality, safety and environmentally friendly operations. Our goals are high customer satisfaction, timeliness of deliveries, financial profitability of operations, good working capacity and health of personnel, active safety observation and reporting of deviations, saving of energy and increased recycling of materials.

Our system of operation is certified in accordance with the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Welding and steel construction have been granted the ISO 3834-2:2021 and SFS-EN 1090-1:2009/A1:2011 certificates. Certification has a long history, as our quality system has been certified since 2001.
