Sheet metal and welding work

We carry out demanding sheet metal and welding work with different steel grades up to a material thickness of 150 mm.

We manufacture both axially symmetrical parts with a large diameter and enclosed structures. The cold forming technology we use with thick-walled steel sheets is an alternative to the steel casting structure, whereby steel casting can in many cases be replaced with a welded structure. The advantages of this solution are a fast delivery time and the metallurgical quality of the steel plate structure.

Our welding procedure specifications are based on procedure tests, and our welders are qualified according to the SFS-EN-ISO 9606-1 standard. The welding methods we use are manual metal arc welding (111), submerged arc welding (121), MIG welding (131), MAG welding (135), MAG fluxcored wire welding (136), MAG metal-cored wire welding (138) and TIG welding (141). The most used welding method is MAG fluxcored wire welding (136).

Our welding is certified according to the ISO 3834 -2:2021 and EN 1090-1:2009 / A1:2011 standards.
