The cold forming technology we use with thick-walled steel sheets is an alternative to the steel casting structure, whereby steel casting can in many cases be replaced with a welded structure. The advantages of this solution are a fast delivery time and the metallurgical quality of the steel plate structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our welding procedure specifications are based on procedure tests, and our welders are qualified according to the SFS-EN-ISO 9606-1 standard. The welding methods we use are manual metal arc welding (111), submerged arc welding (121), MIG welding (131), MAG welding (135), MAG fluxcored wire welding (136), MAG metal-cored wire welding (138) and TIG welding (141).
